iPad screen repair - Genius Bar
Hi. If I bring in my 12.9” iPad Pro 3rd Generation to get a screen repair, how long will they need to fix/replace it?
Would it be possible to walk out with it fixed??

Your iPad will be inspected and assessed by the Genius Bar Team. Only they will be able to provide you with a definitive answer. That said, if there is no evidence of physical damage to the device, the you should have reasonable expectation of success.
I hope you have found this information helpful.

Apple Stores don’t offer screen repairs - but might instead offer you are chargeable “exchange” for a reconditioned device of the same model. The exchange, if offered is immediate - so yes, you could “walk out” with a replacement device.
The exchange would only be offered if the screen has a defect. A device with signs of other physical damage might not be accepted.
I fully plan on paying the $649 for the “repair.”
Assuming that, would the above scenario you mentioned still play out?
I appreciate your help. I admit I dropped it and just want to pay to get it repaired.
I’m just curious on turnaround time.
