other storage in a fresh computer

I performed a factory reset on my Mac and I still have 8 gb of other storage. everything is fresh and I have no docs or whatsoever. 11 gb is for system files(Catalina) as it seems. why do I have this rubbish and why can't I just get rid of this thing. if the files in other storage belong to Mac system files, then why aren't they listed under system storage? if not what is there? ghosts?

I don't think you understand but "Other" is not rubbish. It's simply an arbitrary category for files whose filetypes are not recognized.

Get Correct Storage Information

Do not use the information from the Storage section of the About This Mac dialog. Ignore the Storage information as it is typically wrong. To find out the correct information for any disk: Select a Desktop disk icon. Press Command-I to open the Get Info window and look at the topmost panel displayed. You will find the disk information displayed for Capacity, Available, and Used. If you have more than one disk/partition then repeat for each one on your Desktop.

The categories found in the Storage section of About This Mac is simply an arbitrary way of displaying files on your drive. There are no such categories actually on the drive.

alright I am not going to answer everything you wrote - some of them are worse than jokes tbh like no actual categories in disk or the part with "I don't think you understand". I just erased everything again, did partitions myself and guess what, now I have only a system storage which is 16 gb nothing else. before, they summed up to 19,5 gb. I did the very same things and no applications or whatsoever was installed by me. I looked up at macOS Catalina space generally required and they say 16 gb. so there is a problem. other storage in Mac should be clarified.

why do I have this rubbish

It's not rubbish, it's simply files that the OS doesn't have a convenient category for.

There are a lot of files that are not system files but which also are part of a basic installation, for instance a lot of stuff in your home/Library folder. If you want to know why Apple doesn't designate them as you prefer feel free to contact Apple.

But here's the conclusion: These files aren't rubbish and you don't have a problem.
