Is there a way to turn of all vibrations on the phone(iPhone8) even the vibrations from the "home button". I droppded my phone and something happend to it, so the vibrations sound relly funny and loud... I have tried the turning of the vibrations in “settings” but that doesn’t turn of all vibrations like the “home button”. I want it to be completely silenced...

Check: Settings>Sounds & Haptics>... last option at the bottom.. try to turn it off.
When done, restart your device and test it.
If this doesn't help, there could be a hardware failure (perhaps due to the fall of your device). Have it inspected at an Apple Store or AASP:--> Apple – Location Selector
