iPhone 10xs Max

Isn't this a massive Bait and Switch?

I saw Apple do this one other time and they gave customers the WHOLE price of their phone toward the next one because they introduced the new one in the same year, actually months later. That is infuriating!!!!!

My dad bought me the iPhone 10 XS Max and paid $1100. with a very very TINY military discount. He bought it just in 2019 for a present for me and then you come out with the iPhone 11 months later and say the 10 XS Max has been discontinued but the 10 XR hasn't been. You offer $500 for it?????

Really? They are not even available in your stores! or online. So WHY did you do this??????

Online Apple Websites act like they never existed but the 8 is on there??? That's highway robbery!!

Does this mean the Apple Care + Plan he bought is not worth anything either???
