I realize this isn't Apple software but maybe someone can give me a hint there
When I try to print a copy of a bank statement I opened on my laotop from a PDF, I get this Message:The document could not be printed. Then then next screen says: There were no pages selected to print. I have opened the file correctly ASFAK. I hate PDF's anyway but this is driving me nuts and the bank is no help.

Open the PDF in the current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, and from the File menu, select Properties… . Click the Security tab, and see if printing is allowed. Cancel that panel, and from the toolbar, click the Printer icon. Does it print?

Preview works fine. Must be acrobat. Thanks.
Just getting an empty file. What does that mean? Are you opening a PDF that actually contains a visible bank statement, a blank screen that is requesting a password before you can access the PDF content, or an actual empty PDF?
This did not work. Printing is enabled. Just getting an empty file and fact print it.
Ironically, it is often Preview that has issues with PDF, but good that you have a solution now.
Funny part of this is i see the whole statement then I go to print and I get the boxes with the messages in my first message. I don’t get it. Anyway thanks for suggesting preview. Seems like I had this happen on a different computer years ago. I had forgotten preview. Thanks again.
