Alchemy problems

I just did the update for Logic Pro X and now when I try and load up a song, an error message pops up and says that the Alchemy preset database is unreadable. It asks me if I want to delete it and rescan, but that I will lose any custom tags, etc. Does anyone know how this happened and how it can be fixed? Will it affect my songs that currently have midi parts in them? Thanks.

logic pro x upgrade wont work After not using logic for a few years. I opened it to find that It would not do anything without an upgrade. I purchased the latest version (today 10/28/19). it gave me the option to open an existing song I made in my previous version but then said I needed to save it in the new format. I said ok and then I got this message "Ultrabeat - Please locate: un_BD-03-C1-04_2.aif". I don't have any idea where this is nor do I care. Furthermore, it won't let me start a new song or do anything at all even after quitting Logic and restarting. it just goes back to where it was before quitting. Thanks for any help.

SONG WONT UPLOAD TO I CLOUD MUSIC ." I TUNES STORE DOES NOT RECOGNIZE YOUR I TUNES LIBRARY " I have HIGH SIERRA ON MY Mac Pro 15 LATE 2011 MODEL 2 TB SSD .I had no problems all this time and years until now It started happening . Every time I now record or download any song from vinyl , cd rip , cassette , internet download or live dj record , then I make each recording that is an AAFC , MP4A OR WAVE , I turn each of them all to mp3 format from the I TUNES File format converter so it could be uploaded to I CLOUD MUSIC . Then when I hit " UPLOAD TO I CLOUD MUSIC " to any song , then I get an error message that " GENIUS CANNOT BE UPDATED BECAUSE I TUNES STORE DOES NOT RECOGNIZE YOUR I TUNES MUSIC " I tried selecting upload to I cloud music again and again , then it just keep giving me the same error message . The orange genius symbol appears and circles and keeps giving me the genius error message . The I cloud symbol be circling also giving me the same genius error message . I,ve latter found out the I TUNE STORE , RADIO , BROWSE ,AND FOR YOU sellections on I tunes don't show on I TUNES any more , Could this be the problem ? What can I do now ?

The Document could not be saved I get an error message sayin The document "BlindSided6.4.logicx" could not be saved. I can do a "Save as" and save it, but if I just do a "Save" after I have opened and edited the song it won't let me save under the same version.

You did the update from which Logic version?

An "Alchemy preset database is unreadable" can means many things. Just to put aside the obvious, you can look at this link below:

If your Alchemy window doesn't show presets - Apple Support

I understand it is not exactly your problem but "unreadable" could be related. Let start with this.
