Buffering problems

I was watching Netflix and tried to pause it. It starts buffering–the screen is black and has buffering in the center. I’ve tried to turn it off, go to the home screen and even do a screenshot. It won’t STOP BUFFERING! Please help.

Assuming that you are running this test over WIFi - and not your Cellular Carrier from your iPhone - I don’t believe your broadband connection speed has anything to do with your issue!


Try a forced-restart of your iPad - then try again.

If still having difficulties, you might have an issue with the Netflix App or service.
