Hi can’t someone help me When I offload a app manually it’s keeps loading that Circle keeps spinning all day until I turn my phone off & turn it back on it will offload
when I offload it the app shows it offloaded but the loading circle keeps spinning
this happens on my iphone 11 Pro Max & Also on my 7+ both are on latest Software

Did you force reboot your device or just turn it off and back on? Press and quickly release the Volume Up button. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button. Then press and hold the Side button until you see the Apple logo.
Have you reset your network settings by going to settings>general>reset>reset network settings? does this happen all the time or just when you are at home on the home WiFi? reset your WiFi router too.

OK thanks I don’t know when I will have time I work 6 days a week I was hoping I can find a fix on the discussion, I took a picture of the issue the circle keeps spinning for days only stops when I turn off and turn back on my phone, I looked at all discussions and can’t find a fix this is been going on for weeks
Yes I rebooted it and I also deleted everything and set up my phones as new & this is for both my iPhones my daily iphone (11 Pro Max) & my 8+ Still doesn’t help
Yes I reset Network settings I also set up iPhone as new and yes it happens on Wi-Fi and without Wi-Fi
