Google Drive uninstall

I cannot find a way to uninstall the Google Drive app from my MacBook. When I click on the Drive icon there is no drop-down Preferences option, as was described on older posts about this issue.

Note that to get to Preferences you need to first click "More" at the top right of the drop down window.
