Apple ID for 13 year old
My child is having trouble setting up an apple Id. Can anyone help. We get to the set up screen she gets an email verification code, enters it and then it comes up with an error. What can we do to fix this?

What is the error message? Does her birth date show she is 13?
Apple ID - Update the birth date associated with
Depending on where you are located, you may be required to set up Family Sharing to create an Apple ID for her.
Family Sharing and Apple ID for your child
If necessary, contact Apple ID Support.
Apple Support by e-mail or chat Work through the screens to get a chat option.
