Apple Watch Activity

Has anyone else noticed their calorie burn in workouts has dramatically decreased over the last few months? A whole group of friends is saying the same thing to me. We do HIIT workouts and I went from burning 175-230 a workout to 120-145 a workout. That's a huge jump!

Unfortunately, I've done all of these things more than once with no improvement. To give you an idea, attached are the averages for my workouts by month. It's a drastic difference. This is a workout program I've been doing for 2 years and it's a different HIIT workout each day, so it's not something my body just got used to.
