Why hasn't Apple Maps approved my business listing yet? It's been months and I can't find answers. Help??

On behalf of my job, I'm trying to add my business to apple maps... It's been months now and my business location is still in "Review." I've looked all over for answers as to how long the process could take and there hasn't been any straightforward answers from anyone.

I haven't received any follow up emails or anything and my boss is growing frustrated with the wait. What's going on, Apple??
