Default timer displays on Apple Watch
How do I return from a custom timer displaying on my Watch (series 4) to the default displays with 1, 3, 5, 10... minute options?

When I look at the screen and see Custom, and the recent settings above it. you just use the Digital Crown to scroll upwards and I see the preset timers. If you are seeing the actual custom timer, with the 3 boxes to see the time and the Start button, tap on the gray Cancel and it should return to the preset timers.
