It's possible, but with liquid damage there's never any guarantee. And unless there is extremely minor damage, any reputable shop willing to do a data recovery repair is going to tell you that devices repaired after liquid damage never stay working for very long.

There are repair shops with a policy that they don't charge anything if they can't get any data with a more or less flat rate when they're successful. So a lot of times the simple fixes end up "subsidizing" the more difficult ones - as well as time/effort/pay for people to work on devices that are beyond repair.

Such repairs are not authorized by Apple and may affect whether or not you can seek an OEM service replacement. I've heard different stories about whether that may be possible after a a data recovery repair.

Practically speaking, no.

You can try a 3rd party shop and see if they can revive it to the point that it will boot and you can enter your passcode so you can back it up, but I wouldn't hold my breath on that possibility.
