Apple Watch asking for random Apple ID credentials

My iwatch keeps prompting me for a randoms apple id credentials. I have been the sole owner of all my apple devices so not sure why apple is asking for anothers id details. I have tried clearing all the settings on my iwatch, as well as unlinked the watch and completed a new set-up.

I've contact the genius desk and they advised me that there was nothing that they can do as it was an apple id issue.

Anyone have any helpful pointers to stop my watch from asking for the random id? Thanks

It's getting them from the previous owner installing apps etc on the phone,try this;

Open your Apple Watch app on your phone and go to “My Watch

Go to Settings/General & turn off Automatic App Install.

Now go back to “My Watch” and scroll to the bottom to see “Available Apps”.

Any apps you see that are trying to install are the culprits causing the notifications!

Delete those apps from your phone, and if necessary reinstall them with your current Apple ID.

Turn Automatic App Install back on if necessary.

Also;

It might be old DRM music or apps on iCloud prompting the phone or the watch because looking for those users passwords who initially downloaded the music.

That’s the weird thing, both my phone and watch aren’t new, I’ve had them for minimum of two years, it’s only recently my watch started promoting for the randoms credentials.

I’ve also never had someone else login with their Apple ID on my phone, so I’m not sure where it’s getting these random Apple ID from.

If you have just updated then in the past there may have been someone installing an app or music on your phone,is this possible?.
