Sms notification

I have a sms notification that will not go away. It is related to a specific contact. The number on the notification will adjust if I receive other sms. I’ve sent and received messages from this contact since this has happened, and the notification is still there

Emergency notification will not go away on iPhone I have an annoying notification on my iPhone 14 pro max that will not go away no matter what I do. When I try to open it nothing happens. I spoke with Apple support and they said to wait a few days and it will go away. It hasn’t! Has anyone else had this issue. I believe its connected to the new satellite emergency system. Can you force restart your iPhone and see if that solves it? Here is how to do that-->>Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
