Our podcast is not showing up on the store but does show up on account owner's iPhone & iPad

Podcasts Connect is now saying 'prepared for submission', meaning it's technically OK. I can't see any reason why there should be a problem with the content, as long as you aren't using any copyrighted music in it.

You could try re-submitting it in Podcasts Connect and see what happens. If it had actually been removed you should have received an email telling you so - check it wasn't spam-trapped. If you get further problems submitting it contact Support. Go to https://itunespartner.apple.com/en/podcasts/overview and click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page.

As you say your show appears to have been removed from the iTunes Store. Did it show there previously or has it never showed there? I can't comment any further unless you post the URL of your feed; there night be a technical problem (though you suggest that people can acscess it) or it might be a content issue (though this seems unlikely).
