It should not happen, regardless of your location... I'm stymied.
...ok thanks, so who do I ask? Must I post a new thread? I need the update so I can install an app I want to use for work.
If you have a chance, try using a different internet access. Are you accessing this from your workplace network? Maybe they have some proxy settings that may be blocking this, I don't know.
Did you find a solution? because I am getting the same problem updating. It says my mac is up to date but it is not.
