Migrate Apple ID's to Business Manager

We have some users that are using company devices. They have set up Apple ID's with their company email addresses. Now we have set up a VPP account and claimed the domain to properly set up the users for management through InTune.

The system is asking that the users generate new Apple ID's, but in reality, we need them to just come into the management realm with their existing purchases, apps and settings as these are all corporate devices.

Can this be accomplished somehow?
