Alerts during quiet hours

I am looking for a way to choose which government alerts break through quiet hours. I would still like to get them for life threatening situations for my household, but don't want to get woken up about a missing child who will not be found in my bedroom. When my phone is not on quiet hours I want to see Amber alerts and the like. It seems pretty obvious that some alerts are useful when you are asleep (extreme weather, wild fires, etc) and others are not. I would like to know to look out for people or vehicles which could help someone else, but not while I am sleeping and have 0 chance of seeing them. Does this exist and I just can't find it, or do they need to add this ability?

That is what I was afraid of. And now we have started getting Blue Alerts, which don't get turned off separately, I can either risk severe weather taking me by surprise, or I can risk being woken up in the middle of the night. Seems like someone could come up with a fix for that!
