Unknown Process on Mac

What is AMPLibraryAgent? I am updating my Mac Photos Library, bit have not seen this process before. (Mac Catalna)

MacBook Air 13", macOS 10.15

You could try to ask the Mac using the Terminal.

Enter this line into a Terminal window:

man -k AMPLibraryAgent

When I do this, I am seeing this reply:

AMPLibraryAgent(8)       - The media library agent for Music.app and TV.app


So, this agent seems to be organising your Music Library.

It should finish sooner or later.

Your Photos.app is interacting with these background processes (as seen in the Photos Library/private)
