There is what you can do through screen time

Use Screen Time on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Please note, do not forget that passcode or you will have to wipe the device to get past it.

You could also, for your home wifi anyway, look into any firewall settings or programs you can use that are supported by your router to limit his access.
