Keyboard is zoomed in when trying to create new mail account

I just got my iPhone 11Pro. I'm trying to add my google and yahoo mail accounts, but when the screen comes up for me to enter my email, the keyboard that comes up is at the top of the screen and it's almost like it's zoomed in, so I can't actually access the full keyboard. I've tried to rotate the phone so it might comes full view, but it doesn't rotate anything when I do that (rotation lock is not on). What am I missing here??
