I have ran out of storage and my phone isn’t letting me delete pictures. What should I do ? Also I can’t delete photos from recently deleted they always show up again

Force restart the device and then try again.

If it keeps happening, reset all settings. Settings > General > Reset > reset all settings. NOT Erase all content and settings.
