Apple Support Application have issue.

First Application have issue. Maybe It's tell "Chat is currently unavailable." Normally It's available 24/7.

Or maybe Chatting normally It's disconnect and tell "connection lost" But Internet speed is normal.

I have told this issue to Apple Support via Twitter @AppleSupport is tell "Please try again later" I want to know When It's will fixed finish?
