after installing the latest update, I entered the screen lock password but suddenly the screen became black and it show a text says Iphone is disabled and connect to Itunes. Even when I connect to the Itunes but the phone remains same disabled

If your phone is saying that it is disabled and to connect to iTunes, then it is too late to try to save anything. It is already gone.
