Microphone not showing up in security and privacy settings

I have a 15" mid-2010 Macbook Pro running High Sierra 10.13.6. I am having trouble locating my Microphone and Camera setting on the Security & Privacy panels; they do not show up there.

I have tried the recommended workaround through terminal using sqlite3 commands, however, it provides an error for me. When I try to run the command it says "Error: table access has 7 columns but 12 values were supplied". I am not well versed with Terminal commands, so I am unsure what to do.

If anyone else is experiencing the same issue, or know another work around, please let me know. I have also tried resetting via the alt + cmd + P + R command during rebooting but that didn't help either.

Thanks in advance.
