My friend has put force using his hand on the back of my Iphone Xr which was in my pocket. Could there be any hardware damage? Could anything happened to the screen?

Could there be? Sure, if he punched hard enough. But we cannot see your phone. Does it look physically damaged? Is it malfunctioning? If the answer to both is no, then as far as you or anyone can determine, no, there is no damage.
You’re using it, so you would know if it was not working correctly or normally, as it did before. If you don’t notice anything has changed, then it is clearly working normally.
