Weird notifications about viruses on my calendar

On February 4 I started getting weird notifications in my calendar. Saying “You are exposed online, click to fix now” and had a link attached. I haven’t clicked the link and it is now the 6th when I’m typing this. The notifications go on the whole day and it’s really annoying. They are set at certain minutes to remind me so like in 17 minutes to remind me. I haven’t clicked on any sketchy websites or links when I’m on my safari. Or at least not that I know of. Is anyone else getting these? I updated my phone from the newest update. I have the IPhone 11, I got it in October of 2019. I haven’t even had it for 7 months and it’s being weird.
