how do i set up U Swing on my apple watch

You would need to install it, either from the Watch app on the iPhone, or from the App Store on the Watch. After that, you would need to find what settings you can make on the Watch versus making them on the iPhone app. Other questions would need to be directly to their support, as this is not an Apple product.
