AppleCare+ is not dependent on what carrier you're using.
You much purchase it within 60 days of buying the phone.
You can see your options from Settings>General>About
AppleCare+ is Apple’s extended warranty program. It has nothing to do with any carrier.
How long have you had the phone? You must purchase AppleCare+ within 60 days of buying the phone.
