Safari iCloud tabs

Ever since I've upgraded to iPhone X my tabs are not being shared between my devices. And yes, I tried the checking and unchecking the Safari box in my iCloud preferences on both my iPhone X and MacBook Pro. I have High Sierra and iOS 13.3

Enable iCloud syncing.

Make sure Safari is selected on all your devices including Mac.

Shutdown/Turn off Mac and all devices.

Start/Turn on Mac and all devices.

Test Safari on your Mac.It may ta a while.
