I did an update on my daughter iPad and when it came back it was a black screen that said to connect to iPad. I searched and found that I need to do the update plugged into my computer. I did and it was unsuccessful 🙁 so now I have to do a restore. Does that mean She will lose everything on her iPad? Can I get everything back?

Unfortunately she did not have a backup. She plays a lot of online games anyways so that was no biggie. It was just her cute iMovie videos she made with her friends and cousins that we don’t have. It was a lesson, as she would never let me put the videos on my hard drive, and she now understands. Lesson learned! Thanks
