Preparing iPhone for software update

Hi all,

I have an iPhone 11 Pro that I was trying to restore. iTunes put my device in DFU mode and now it is stuck saying "Preparing iPhone for software update" after it extracts the software it downloaded. My phone turns off at this stage and does not turn back on.

I am not sure what to do! Any ideas?

I found the issue. It was my work laptop that was he problem. There must have been a watchdog program or service installed by my corporation that was preventing the computer from properly communicating with the device. Trying to restore on my personal machine worked like a charm. Thank you!
