iPhone 11 Volume goes down by itself

Does anyone know of a real fix for the iPhone 11 volume going down all the time? I just updated to the newest 13.3.1 and was hoping it would be fixed but it’s not..

I’ve already turned off the screen haptics where it’s lowered unless you’re looking at it and I’ve turned off change with buttons. It never used to do this but after updating to the previous update or one before it. It constantly lowers the volume without me touching the buttons. I’ve noticed it do it after I wake up from the bedtime alarm and also getting out of my truck after being hooked up to the Bluetooth. Any help would be appreciated!
