In my Profile, where can I see Threads that I'm following?
Because the thread hasn't been active since August of last year, it's probably not going to show up. I'm not sure what the cut off is but I think it's just too old. If it weren't locked and it had new activity, it would appear.
If you click on your community user name, that should open a pop-up window of your name. At the bottom, under Personal Settings, click My Subscriptions.

Have you clicked on Filter at the top left and selected Following?

but in "My Subscriptions" page there's only Threads created by me not Threads created by other Members and followed by me.
