how do i find my posts?

where do i go to find my own posts or responses to my posts? normally i get some kind of NOTIFICATION area where i can go on a forum to find out WHO HAS REPLIED TO MY THREADS? or WHERE AND WHEN I HAVE POSTED TO A FORUM?
