My iPhone doesn’t operate 4G it’s only work on 3G, and I check my SIM in another device and it’s work also I rested the network settings and updated my iPhone, but the problem still the same, and the area where I lived it’s support the 4G ,so I hope you can help me about that.

The phone you purchased may not be compatible with the LTE bands used in your country.
