My iPhone doesn’t operate 4G it’s only work on 3G, and I check my SIM in another device and it’s work also I rested the network settings and updated my iPhone, but the problem still the same, and the area where I lived it’s support the 4G ,so I hope you can help me about that.

No LTE? There are no Apple employees in this forum, only users of Apple products. Take your iPhone to Apple Store, or Authorized Apple Service Provider to have it checked out. Somebody can find out what’s going on.
