I have iPhone 11 pro max in which 4g is catching speed only upto 100 kbps and not working fine.I have tried all the steps of the apple support but still nothing is working rather than when i have put my simcard onto another iPhone 8 plus then the internet is catching upto speed of 8.5 mbps.

What is the model number of the phone? Where did you get it? What country are you in and what carrier are you using?
iphones sold in different parts of the world support different LTE bands. if you have a phone that was sold in another country, it may not fully support the LTE bands used in the country where you are located now.

It should be compatible. That said, that is a refurbished device, It looks like it was originally sold in Saudi Arabia.
You will have to take it back to the country where it was originally sold for warranty service.

If restarting does not sort it...
have you restarted the iPhone ie power off/on,
Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
Settings>General>Transfer or Reset iPhone>Reset>Reset Network Settings
If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
No. That is NOT the model number.
Go to Settings>General>About.

Yes sir i have tried these steps :-
1)Restarted my phone
2)Taken Sim out and done in
3)Reset my phone by taking backup and restoring again
4)Reset Network Settings
5)Airplane Mode on/off
6)Diagnosis from online apple support
7)Checked By Cellular Services in my phone.
Still sir my issue is not resolved.

How did you check that it's refurbished bcoz if the model name is starting with M it is purchased as new from the apple store and i have bought it and they say the warranty is available in india too.
No iPhone has ever had an International warranty. Even if it was brand new from an Apple Store, the warranty is not valid in India. Take it back to the country where it was originally sold.
