I can’t connect to 4G on my iPhone 11

I can’t connect to 4G on my iPhone 11 14.4.2 no matter what I do. I’ve tried everything from resetting network settings to resetting to factory settings yet nothing seems to be working. Note I have 4G activated on cellular data yet says 3G on the top left.
