Conico Wireless earbuds not working..

I have Conico wireless earbuds that have been working fine with my iPhone X (and still work with my wife’s Xs Max) but since upgrading to the 11Pro Max they will pair and play music but I cannot hear or talk on phone calls. I can answer the phone but cannot hear the conversation or (if dialing out) hear the ring through the earbuds. My Jabra 65T earbuds still function without any issue. There must be something between the iPhone 11 and these buds but I can’t figure it out. I am fully updated to 13.3.1. Anybody have any help or solution? Thanks in advance!

Thank you for posting in the Apple Support Communities. I understand that you can't hear callers through your Conico wireless earbuds when paired with your iPhone 11, and I'd love to share some information with you.


First, be sure that the Phone app has your permission to use your headphones to make and receive calls: If an app would like to use Bluetooth on your device


Next, restart both devices, then try toggling Bluetooth off, then on in Settings > Bluetooth, as explained in this support article: If you can't hear a person on a call or voicemail or if the sound isn't clear on your iPhone


From there, tap on Settings > Bluetooth, then delete all pairing records, then set up your headphones again to test the issue. If you’re still having trouble, contact Apple Support for further assistance: Get Support
