Water Mark under screen

Hello!

I just got an iPhone 11 less than 3 months ago. I was using a Armorsuit screen protector (pretty well trusted brand) and it requires a solution to stick it to the phone. No biggie. I must have over did it because there is a lil clear line and a black smudge in the bottom right. Since then I have been keeping it in rice and it's getting better but still not completely gone... i thought these phones were very water resistant? pretty disappointing...

Anyways... I checked my sim card slot and the water damage indicator is not red so the phone is fine. Everything works as well. It's just the smudge which I assume can just be cleaned out when going into the phone. Anyone have any idea how much this would cost or if it would cost at all? Or anything else I can do? Any help is appreciated...
