iPod 7th gen dropped black and white lines showed up

I have had my iPod (7th gen) for about 2-3 months and I dropped it, there started to be blue lines that slowly turned to darker grey and black lines while there is a small group of white lines by the side. No buttons are working and the screen is frozen it seems. I have tried to turn it off but it wont turn off, and when I plug it in nothing happens.
