Since updating to iOS 13, my iPhone XR isn’t opening with Face ID. It does unlock but I still have to swipe to access the phone, which was never the case. I’ve restarted, reset the Face ID, I’ve updated to 13.3.1 and still the issue persists. Tried all the quick fixes too, it’s really inconvenient. Isn’t the Face ID supposed to allow you to access your phone without using your hands??

Before I updated, my phone unlocked without swiping up, are you saying that the swipe action is necessary?
Swipe up is required.
