Face ID reset not working - "position your face within frame"
Hi,
For the past two days or so I've noticed my iPhone 10S face ID is not working (nothing happens when I look at my phone, and after a few seconds it prompts me to enter my passcode). I restarted my device a few times but didn't help. I also updated to iOS 15.6, the latest version. I also cleaned my iPhone with a cloth.
I tried resetting my face ID but it just says "position your face within the frame" and while I clearly did do so, it still says that and doesn't move on, or just says move phone lower/higher. My issue is this – why does it show "position your face" when it is positioned exactly within the frame?
What can I do? Thanks!
