I am trying to download app on Apple Store

ood day Apple team. My name is Micheal R. If am trying to download app on Apple Store I get the error message "This application requires iOS 11.0 or later, you may need to update your software to iOS 11.0 to download this application". If I go to my settings > general> software update, it tells me that my software is up to date. My software is 10.3.4. Please how can this issue be rectified. Thank you

It can't; your device isn't capable of running iOS 11 or above. You might be able to get a compatible application version by downloading the current one to a newer model first.

ria36: An unit on 10.3.4 can only be an iPhone 5 or iPad 4. Neither of these are compatible with iOS 11 or above.
