Locked Out

I have a MacBook Air that is locked with FileVault and I don’t remember password or recovery key. It has an older Apple ID that I don’t remember and passwords for. I can’t get in to it or reset it without password to FileVault or Apple ID .

Here is an Apple article for resetting a user account/Filevault password:

If you don't recall your Filevault password and you do not have a recovery key and you have tried resetting the password, then your only option is to erase the whole drive and reinstall macOS or restore from a backup.
