Old iPhone has no Sim card, how can I transfer photos still on phone

Have an old iPhone that no longer has a sim card. There are photos on the phone that have photos that have not been transferred.

How can I transfer then to a laptop or a memory stick/card

Thanks for that info and for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If I understand correctly, you would like to get the photos off of your old iPhone and import to a computer. Depending on if you have a Windows or Mac computer, please follow the relevant steps in this Apple resource on import photos from an iPhone to a computer:
