iPhone XR stuck in 1x with full bars

I do pest control for a living so you can imagine how annoying this is. I use my maps everyday all day, make phone calls and FaceTime’s, as well as listen to music. I have to find WiFi in order to get addresses searched for the past 2 days. I can not figure out how to get my 3g and LTE back. I’ve tried restarting phone and turning cellular data on and off. Nothing works.
