iPad pro 2018 slow WiFi with Bluetooth

I get a slow or non existent WiFi connection with my iPad Pro 12.9 2018 with Bluetooth turned on. Turning Bluetooth off allows full WiFi speed. My iPad Air 2 sitting next to my iPad Pro has full WiFi speed, with and without Bluetooth turned off.

Please don’t bother giving me a canned answer on WiFi set up. Since the iPad Air 2 works perfectly with and without Bluetooth turned on = it has nothing to do with my WiFi set up. I want an answer addressing the shortcoming of the iPad Pro and what to do to the iPad Pro for a fix.

I am giving my answers, anyways.

Try the new hard reset procedure for the new 2018 iPad Pro models.

1. Press and release the volume UP button.

2. Then immediately press and release the volume DOWN button.

3.Then, press and hold the Power button at the top. You will see the Slide to Power off button, but keep on holding down the Power button until you see the Apple logo, then let it go.

Once you have performed all the steps, wait for a few seconds and your 2018 iPad Pro will boot up completely to the iPad Pro’s Lock screen.

Also, simply do a reset of your MODEM.router by simply unplugging it from power for 15-20 secs and then re-plug in the MODEM/router and let the MODEM/router re-cycles, itself.

Good Luck!

Both the iPad Pro 12.9 2018 and the iPad Air 2 are at iOS 13.3.1. When I bought the iPad Pro, I cloned all the apps from the IPad Air 2 during set up so they both have the identical apps installed. The iPad Air 2 wifi speed is unaffected by whether its Bluetooth is on or off. The iPad Pro is roughly at 1/10th the speed with its Bluetooth turned on but operates at normal speed when its Bluetooth is turned off. Often, I cannot upload at all with the Bluetooth turned on for the iPad Pro.

This problem has been reported by others hundreds of times, it is not new. Do you have a fix?

I'm at a marina, I cannot reset their modem. Meanwhile, my iPhone 11, iPad Air 2, iPad 2018 continue to work fine as does the iPad Pro when its Bluetooth is turned off. All devices are at 13.3.1. Only the iPad Pro is affected and only then when its Bluetooth is turned on.

judging from the multiple reports in this forum and elsewhere on the internet, it is a problem with the iPad Pro that Apple needs to fix. It’s been over a year with no solution to date. I heard one report that the problem is connected to the iPad Pro doing a broadband search for the pencil, broadcasting interference over the 2.4 MHz band
